What is Charlie Academy?

Charlie Academy strives to provide the essential leadership knowledge and skills needed for success in today’s global economy. Charlie Academy was created by Dr. Bruce H. Jackson, Executive Director of the Attentional Leadership Institute. He has dedicated his career to the development of individuals, teams, organizations, and communities that seek to maximize influence, leadership, and change.

What were my Responsibilities?

As a UX Intern I helped with the development of their beta SaaS Goal Setting App. I conducted usability testing with five students at my university. Each user created a week and month long goal and tracked their progress through the app. Every week I interviewed each user and collected insightful feedback on what areas the app can improve on.
